Can you give us some more info - why dyou want to know, i.e. are you trying to turn an existing bathroom into a wetroom and are wondering if it is big enough?
I have just turned the world's tiniest bathroom into a semi-wetroom.
Well we currently have a really deep wardrobe and we were wondering whether it could be turnt into a small wet room, shower at one end with toilet at other and sink on wall as you go in. I wasnt sure if by law there were any minimum requirements. What is your semi wet room sizE?
I can't think there are any 'legal' requirements re size, just practical ones. I viewed a house which had a wet room 'under the stairs' which was so small the shower was practically OVER the toilet! Daft I thought.
By the way there ARE ventilation requirements (building regs) for newly fitted bathrooms. You have to have an extractor fan vented to the outside (even if you have a window and certainly if you don't) - would you be able to accomplish this?
Also would you be able to 'seal' it sufficiently to accomplish a wet room?
My shower room is approx 200cm x 135cm. What are the dimensions of your large cupboard?
Im not sure as i haven't measured yet. It was just an idea that popped up at the weekend! I would say a metre in depth the length is fairly long, prob 3 metres but we wouldnt use it all. I remember seeing some property programme not long ago where they had done the same thing. The space itself is in the middle of the house but i am wondering whether ventilation could go up through the roof? Also im really not sure on drainage issues. The space is next to the airing cupboard. I just wanted to find out about the size issues before calling someone round to have a look.

I was thinking that, or just a wet room with a shower and no toilet/sink.
