Start at kelkoo.co.uk. To be honest when we were looking at buying similar items major high street chains were offering similar prices to net retailers once delivery was factored in.

The advantage of being able to pick it up yourself, return it should it develop a fault and go in and have a rant at a manager fcae to face is worth a few extra quid.

I have Nef appliances and they came from 'Panther Online'
Free delivery, cheaper than most places and had no problems what so ever.
Have bought from Currys online as well. They sometimes do special web deals including free delivery. I had no problems with them either.

comet do a clearance website that works a bit like ebay, got my washing machine on there, only slight scratch on the side, which doesn't matter coz you don't see it.

would recommend it

I'm buying some kitachen appliances at the moment, I've narrowed down what I want either bosch, neff or siemens (they are all made by the same company so tend to pay over the odds for Neff which has similar functions to bosch/siemens.

To get the best deal I would check out, Kelkoo.co.uk, dealtine.co.uk and pricerunner.co.uk and find the cheapest from these 3

Hope this helps

JohnLewis own brand is really good. Got a better machine than we could have hoped for at the price from 'other' electrical shops. Washing machine ordered monday lunchtime, delivered friday morning. Also got condens*** dryer, freezer and dishwasher. All delivered in a lot less than the 14 days it says on website and the drivers took the packaging, placed the products in cubby holes etc, plugged in with advise such as too leave freezer overnight before switching on, etc.

Ditto. Recently ordered a new washing machine from Currys - great price, free delivery and very reasonable installation charge. Got rid of the old one too. They arrived on time and were very quick indeed (15mins from arriving to having it installed).

Hi,
I think I can help!
I've bought most of my appliances for my new kitchen recently on line and would recommend the following stores;
On Ebay visit Discount Stock clearance (ebay store) - they are a midlands firm but deliver nationally, I bought my cooker and dishwasher from them for knock down price and they're fantastic!
Also try www.yor-appliances.co.uk based in Selby who seem equally good (cooker hood, sink & taps from them).
Finally www.alarisavenue.co.uk, I didn't buy anuything from them but their prices seem very competitive.
I saved well over 1500 on my appliances, all brand new, come with warranty and are perfect!
Hope this helps.

And having 'come across' this website you were so impressed you decided to call yourself after it huh? Roll Eyes

I spent rather more time trawling the internet than I should have done when I was buying appliances for my kitchen (I'm so mean a few quid saved here and there is always a result Big Grin) and one place I will recommend is this one. For a small retailer their prices are very competitive. They don't stock every single range, but what they do carry is very keenly priced indeed. Do a check on Pricerunner or similar and then give them a call to compare.

I recently bought a built in Bosch dishwasher and built in fridge freezer (50/50 split). The fridge freezer was quite a hard item to track down in that size/split and also frost free. the cheapest price was from Boots. this is what I think is called a 'skinned' or re-skinned web site. i.e. several stores B&Q, Sainsburys to name two, have identical sites bar the branding. I could have bought it for the same price from the B&Q or Sainsburys version of the same site but went for Boots as I got 46 quids worth of advantage points.
