Has anyone used these types of Company's to sell their house?

Obviously they won't offer the asking price but just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with them.

They have investigated such companies. Basically, if you are desparate to sell, and even as little as 30% of your money back is enough so long as you have it quickly then go for it. If you want more than 50% of your house property, then these companies are not for you.

Getting desperate!

I would err on the side of caution, the companies that Watchdog feature offer to buy at a lot less than market value. If you are getting desperate, drop the asking price yourself.
