Do you know how much it could cost istall a UHS for a 4 bedroom house. I live in Maidenhead and at the moment I've got a warm air system but I'd like to change. Any idea or name of istallators for quotations? Thank for your help.

It would be a massive undertaking to change to UHS, if the ground floor is concrete, that would have to come up, then the ceilings removed to get between the joists. Normally UHS for 4 bed costs around 10k, but with the extra work you would need, maybe double that.

That is just my best guestimate.

The floaring at the moment is in timber and not with concrete, this will helps in terms of costs?
