Does anyone know if there's a trick to hanging a sliding cupboard door please?

I've moved into a flat & always battled with the one side Now I've managed to get the whole thing off & cna't ge it back!

Is there a trick to fitting them, like top first / bottom first etc? Or am I just battling because it's just me!

They could all be different but my sliding cupboard doors have to go back top first and there seems to be quite a bit of height for the door to go in and then drop down onto the bottom run.

Thanks for that. I've discovered it had been damaged & that's why I've been battling with it. It's far gone now, I'll have to get it replaced, hopefully it wont' be too expensive.
