Halfway through and it's alreadya classic. Feel a bit sorry for the kids though - living in the filth, doing all the work, not getting to make any design decisions, and not getting a fair whack of the profits either.

I knew it, when I questioned my builder about whether or not I need to contact Building Regs about him removing the Chimney Breast he said that there's no need. I didn't believe him and am not gonna take any chances; I'm calling them up tomorrow.
i have a horror story for you, a house over the road was sold not so long ago, the people who used to live there were doing some renovation work, redecorated then sold it. SO this new couple where due to move in, and they went in to find the bathroom chimmney breast was now in the kitchen as it hadnt been supported properly from below. OOOOpppsss and they had a lot of work to do to repair it.
these people have no idea do they! why do they try to make the house how they would like it
Everytime I see these shows they always tell people to keep it neutral, Ok there's been a movement away from Cream but always keep it neutral so why are people always trying to personalise these projects, do they want to sell them?
Still just once I'd like to see someone sane on this show even if it is less interesting.
No matter how much they refuse to listen to the Beeny these gits always seem to at least make a profit, how can anyone claim property developing ain't easy.
OK its not easy to make a lot of profit but bloody hell based on this show it's not hard to make some money.
How can someone not realise how important an upstairs toilet is.
