Oh I do have a sense of humour my love. I just don't see a point in bad mouthing others houses and those who own them whilst saying you need to clean your own houses. Surely that's the same thing. That's all and whilst on the subject, I mean a couple of times a day just go around with the doctor. I've been doing that myself for 50 years so I think I do know how to keep my own house. But I look forward to having chats with you all on here, although we got off to a bad start, oh will lets forget that  Pleased to meet you all |

Mavis your more than welcome here. and were glad to have you with us, but reading your post I still think you dont understand what we mean, When we say, That after watching the show we feel like cleaning. Its just that the filth you see gets to you, It makes you want to be up and doing something. I keep a perfect home, always have. But after seeing the things on that show, I will start cleaning round a perfectly clean kitchen.A kitchen I've likely cleaned to within an inch of its life during the day. You also say we shouldn't talk about the houses we see on the show. They have put their dirty house's on National telivision for everyone to see, and naturally discuss. It would be damned hard, and unnatural not to discuss what we see. That show is part of this forum and up for discussion. The houses we see do shock, Thats what there meant to do, So obviously they WILL be discussed. If we didn't discuss them ,We would be accepting them as normal, which they are not. Part of your post, "Surley thats the same thing", In saying that, YOU ARE SUGGESTING WE DO IT BECAUSE OUR HOMES ARE DIRTY. Dont even suggest that, Where I'm concerned, To me that is a gross insult. Oh, yes I get dust, Who doesn't, but dirt no, It never gets the chance. In my house dirt and germs DONT STAND A CHANCE. I'm just sorry pictures are not allowed on here. The CQ site wasn't working last night either FB. When I try it I get the message saying "There is currently a temporary problem with connecting to the database."

Oh sorry, silly me, the Doctor is my word for the duster. I forget its just me who has these names for things sometimes. Sandrina and Chaddy you really shouldn't take anything to heart on this board, I'm shocked that you did. I don't actually know any more what I can and cannot say on here without being scared of offending people. It seems that you can say all you like about the people on HC but one word about your own houses and you get defensive. I'm not really sure this forum is for me but nice to meet you all anyway |

mavis,why would you be shocked?,as you did imply that our houses are dirty,cos we felt like cleaning them after watching hciyh,if you took note and read what they all say in here you would have realised we all have clean homes,it's just like chaddy said,it's a impulse just to do it even tho we know our homes are clean anyways.You can say anything you like in here,but just don't judge anyone till you know the facts,you got defensive also so you can't put it all on us can you?,once more it is your choice where you post,not one of us have said you can't post in here.

Me too, it all went just as I was about to post a reply re polish about 5.40, it was OK up till then.
