I use essential oils and plug ins I like a nice smell in the house and I have two westies (no doggy smells in my house) and I have had people say to me that when they come into my house how it always smells nice, when I hoover carpets I sprinkle bicarbonate on them leave for 20 minutes then hoover.

Hi fatbird I used to use shake n vac I always felt it just covered up things like doggy smells ,but Bicarbonate takes the smell away its brilliant I sprinkle it in dogs beds leave it for 15minutes then hoover it out when my mattress gets turned I sprinkle bicarbeon mattreess same thing hoover it off always sprinkle some at bottom of my swing bin in house but leave it there I could go on ,as you can tell I am a big fan of bicarbe.
Morning Marguerita, I will try the carpet sprinle idea, but as my hoover is not picking up too well at the moment for some reason I'll leave it till it's running at full power again! I use bicarb to clean the fridge out, do you use it for that too? Great stuff, also love soda crystals too.

Hello fatbird yes I do use bicarbe to clean the fridge and microwave its brilliant for getting rid of food smells,its amazing what a little bit of powder can do lol
i forgot the name of them.
