i have only caught a few of these, how many episodes/series did they do?

Don't know but they are running them endlessly on more 4 so you should be able to watch them all again sooner or later, I think I can remember about 12 or so.

I think maybe one series was done, perhaps two. They aired on the Lifetime network here in the U.S.

The Channel 4 version is soooo much better!
Kim and Aggie have so much knowledge to share, especially when it comes to simple, or "green" cleaning. The U.S. version has K&A using specific brand-name cleaners (Mr. Clean, Clorox, etc.). As a result, the show lacks the motivational magic that Kim and Aggie project in the Ch4 series.

Well the US series is on more4 at the moment & they are still using their usual cleaning favourites a lot - white vinegar, bicarb etc. They did use WD40 on a show but they've used that on the British shows too. They may have had to use "brands" in America for the advertising power.

I never seen any of the American shows are they good or have they been too USA'ed up like supernanny.

Never seen SuperNanny so don't know about that, the How Clean US series is ok, think they have made it a bit diifferent - they have one where the baby in the family "talks" but it's not bad.
Would love to know what's happened tothe last 3 or so shows in this cureent series, C4 seem to have just pulled the plug.

I enjoy the SuperNanny and the How Clean is your house..Brits.version on bbc twice a day. I have not seen the U.S. version, at this point, I really dont think we (americans) would not have the talent of K&A. The grime sqwad would put us to shame. We (americans) do try to keep a frendly environment, but we use too many chemicals to sterilize our homes. I feel being able to use the green method of cleaning is the best way to go... Thanks K&A for enlighting us to be more friendly to our environment.

I wonder where they get the cleaning team from? Are they recruited from an agency or what? The American shows are off more4 for the moment, they'll probably start repeatingthem again in a couple of weeks. Wish they'd show the British shows right from series 1 again - or even better, get them out on DVD

I have seen the American shows some of the houses on the outside looked quite posh ,but inside deary me I think they just go to agencies over there to get the helpers but there again maybe they take their cleaners with them.
