Getting around my new house now and most of it is now CLEAN. The last job and its the one I have most is cleaning the top of the kitchen cupboards - YUCK is the polite way of describing what I saw when I got up there, there is a serious buildup of a sticky greasy substance that wont shift - the scrubbers keep sticking to it - PLEASE someone tell me what to use to get this off.

Cheers for any assistance in advance.

I find that Sugar Soap in spray form works well. I now cover the tops of my cupboards with lining paper, or in fact anything which covers the top. Then all you need to do next time is to whip the paper off a quick clean and replace with fresh paper. Smile

I use a product called "Spray 9". It's about the best I've found for lefting that sticky mess on just about anything.

You can get sugar soap from stores like Wilkinsons, or any hardware shops if you have any in your area. Hope you get some Smile

Or try either the Kitchen sprays you can get - they are good at cutting through grease. Or Cif.
