Hello! You may have a humidity problem? If you get rid of any dampness then there shouldn't be any way for the mould to grow, but I am anything but an expert. Hope that helps. Also, the mould may lead to bugs. I think some bugs eat the mould. Possibly like the very annoying little white ones I had!!

Are you sure it is not just cement dust. This can keep appearing for weeks afterwards.

I too thought this, didn't want to say as thought it was Toooooooooooooooo obvious.Should the cement not be sealed/covered, you can buy special floorpaint we used it to seal our garage floor,no dust.

floor was dry 3 months ago and coverd with laminate - so cant see how the dust would appear from there- not sure wether there is an 'anti fungal' wash fo ufrnature

When we had our bathroom plastered, we got plaster dust in there for months even after the walls had been sealed and tiled! I don't know why, but it just kept making dust. Maybe it is the same for your cement floor.
