Oh!! biddy i'm up for that, please. One of my best friends in LOndon came from Devon and she did that. We used to swop recipies, hers from Devon, mine from Ireland. She once asked me was Irish stew anything like the stuff she tried in tins. I soon showed her what real Irish stew was like. She taught me how to make Leek and egg pie which was lovely.
