I am watching some of the repeats on sky at the mo...but as I have seen them a few times they are loosing the "OMG the dirty begger" shock.....we need more K & A and HCIYH..pleaseeeeeeee C4......

There are coming back, but i think i heard, or read somewhere, they will be cleaning hospitals this time. Could be wrong. Did anyone else hear this.
