.......... the picture you all have under your login names? i.e. some of your have mugs as pictures, etc.

click on the go button top left of a post, then put pointer on my space and click profile. when new screen comes up click on View/Edit Complete Profile. scrole down to Avatar: and click edit, clik on pic and then click select this one then on at the botom of the page click submit.

Sounds complicated but its not.
