hubby and i were out shopping yesterday and we went into a mall were this guy approached me and asked how were my nails..i said ok ish..he looked at them and said he was selling a product for nails from the dead sea...he asked if I wore nail polish and I sais onlt the clear stuff at times..he said it was full of chemicles...well he took my thumb nail and buffed it with a 4 sided buffer using each side and i did not know my nails!!! my nail was smooth and shinny and looked lovely and still does today..i bought the product called Etre natural beauty..it was very good and i did my other nails when I got home and they are so smooth and shinny..so if any of you have problems with your nails I can recomend it..i paid £20 for the pack of nail file, nail buffer, cutical oil and hand and body lotion..this is 3yrs supply...BUT i looked it up on Ebay and it is for sale there cheaper...

That sounds like a nice pressy, chaddy. Do you know if it;s available in shops anywhere? Are your nails still as good as new todat?
Us women at work are always moaning 'cos we can't have nice nails, not on our section anyway, if anyone has then she's lazy! Wink

I've never seen anyone selling them on the streets, in Mcr it's just phone covers, ballooons & bubble blowing machines, oh, & The Big Issue of course! Wink I'll have to get Mr FB to go on Ebay, he's always on there anyway buying Irish music DVDs & CDs so it will be a change for him to buy something different Big Grin

I got stopped by someone selling that kit and was impressed by the results but not the price so didn't buy it. I found the same sort of thing in M&S in two separate packets at a fraction of the cost. The results are amazing but I now only do the whole buffing thing when I particuarly want nice nails as I found if I did it as often as they said it made my nails start to flake which they had never done before.

I was offered the same stuff, but happened to be in Las Vegas at the time. It was 20$ for the pack, I didn't buy it, I'm now off to get it from M&S. I have to say that the guy who said the stuff was from Israel, did a great job on the demo. The shine lasted for about 10 days.

patpot. Smile

thats correct it is from Israel and from the dead sea...my nails are still shinning and smooth...before you buy at M&S and pay £30-£35 go on Ebay and there are people selling the same packs for half the price....this is not a gimmick that you cant do when you get home..i did the rest of my nails and I was able to get the same results..

oopppss misread the above post..thought M&S were selling the same brand....they must have a similar product..if it is costing more than £15-£20 I would go with the real stuff as it does work, lasts 3yrs and does not have a sell by date.... Smile

Hello all!
I recommend the 4 way buffer from Boots. It's amazing! When my friend first buffed my nails, it made them look like plastic afterwards ( that's a good thing!) I don't use any cuticle oil or anything, seems a bit unnecessary. I finally bought myself one, £3.65 . Bargain!

I use the 4-way buffer from Boots also....I think its brill. I used to spend £20 to £30 every couple of months to have my nails maintained..Frown
but after using the buffer, I can keep my nails looking just as good..for under a £5.00 !!

I use the 4 way buffer from Boots too. I just soak my hands in a bowl of warm soapy water, rub a bit of vaseline into the cuticles, push them back and use the buffer. I've had professional manicures and if I say so myself my D.I.Y one makes my nails lovely.
