I've got several Pyrex dishes and jugs, but over the years they've become rather tacky looking despite careful washing and drying. Does anyone know of a way to make them look like new again?

Its a pleasure girls. Its very good, and does work. If your pryex is very marked it might take a few soakings to bring them back to perfect. cant remember where i first learned this. I think it actually says on the tub. or it was on the tv add for vanish oxi.

No not yet FB, I only managed to track it down yesterday at Robert Dyas but when I got it home and read the instructions, they only refer to use in the washing machine, so am a bit flummoxed! I think I'll try mixing some in hot water and soak a pyrex jug in it, see what happens, can't do it any harm anyway.

A little vanish oxi and warm water brings stained mugs and cups up a treat as well. Big Grin Just leave them to soak a few minutes.
