recently died a load of black jeans - unfortuately when removing them from washer dye dribbled down front of washer and onto floor - it came off floor no problem - but has left a 'bowny dribble' stain down front of machine - any ideas? think bleach may turn it yellow?

tricky one this, depends on the dye. If you still have the packaging the dye came in ther is probably a phone number on it they should be able to help.

i suppose you can try a tiny bit of bleach on a small bit of the dye on the mashine and see what happends.

would a yellowy mark from the bleach be less obvious that a brown mark? think you should give the bleach idea a go

try furniture polish..it removes permant marker of plastic..so maybe worth a try..spray it on and wirk in with your finger for a min or two then rub off with a dry duster

Or try household ammonia or methylated spirits.
