This is an easy one... Astonish do a cleaner for deep fat fryers and they come in a tablet form.You fill your fryer with hot water and bring it to the boil and the add a tablet to the basket.I cant remember all the instructions but they are printed on the packet.It may take 2 goes if your fryer is really bad.You can find Astonish products in a lot of shops esp £1 shops and also in the Kleenezy mail order catalogue.Hope this helps and i am sure someone else will have another reply.
