Hi everyone...My Dad and brother have been really ill over the feastive season! Not alcohol induced either. Sorry to ask but how do you remove the smell of sick from carpets? help!

Sprinle bicarbonate of soada liberally all over the stain, leave as long as possible, preferably overnight, then hoover up. That should help get rid of the smell, open windows where possible too.

an evolution plug in air freshner may help too

Bicarb of soda works. I also heard a tip that you can put a bowl of vinegar (just the plain stuff) and put it in the centre of the room, and then shut the room up. A friend of mine does this to get rid of cigarette smells.

That vinegar tip works in getting rid of paint fumes too.

Make sure they have buckets next time.
