I wonder if Kim and Aggie can help with the age old problem of how to make men realise that cleaning is NOT something that ONLY women can do.

I'm sick and tired of not only cleaning up after him, but also of doing chores he's supposed to do. Why can't he see that it IS important to keep a clean house and that his avoidance of housework means more work and a total lack of respect for me. I feel like an unpaid skivvy and it's not good for a happy relationship.

Seriously, I'm considering divorce!

Guys beware, housework is only unimportant if you don't have to do it.

Did you know that couples where the man does an equal or greater share of the housework have better and more frequent sex lives.

Also men can turn a blind eye to dirt where women can't, so he'll argue that he was going to clean up eventually but you (with your fussy ways) beat him to it - it's an age old excuse. Having said that I am lucky that my late mother-in-law never ran around after my husband when he lived at home - she made him get on and do things. Sadly she's the exception rather than the rule as most men are waited on hand and foot by their mothers and expect this to continue when married.

Well we've all grown up to learnthat the tradditonal way is the man works and the woman cleans and cooks, right?
It's just always been that way =(
