please help me i am being over run with housespiders. and i'm sure that in one episode of H.C.I.Y.H. they were at a farmhouse with the same problem. kim and aggy used a solution that spiders detest the only problem i cant remember the name of it. if anyone does know if they could let me know i would really appreciate it thankyou
I bought a clove oil spray from Lakeland , to keep away spiders. and it worked, I used it especially on my rotary clothes line which would be covered in webs each day. but the spray stopped it. Then when the spray was finished i thought I'll make my own spray. using clove oil, I mean how difficult can it be. But my home made spray didn't work. No effect at all, which made me thing the lakeland spray must have had something else in it. Now i'm pleased to learn that citronella does the job. Plan to use it round the windows and clothes line, as September is the spiders month. They start coming indoors for the warmth.

You should find it easily enough. You'll start getting busy soon now it's nearly Xmas - well, you'd think it was froom the shops, cards, selection boxes, stockings clogging up the shelves already
