Since I have moved to my new house, my towels are discoloring. It looks almost as if they have bleach stains on them. They are turning red.
Does anyone know what is causing this and if I can stop it somehow? It’s mainly on brown, blue and green towels. I recently bought new set of towels and they have all gone reddish!!! I need advice or I will go crazy.

It sounds as if there might be iron in your water supply. I think your best bet would be to get in touch with your local water board and see if they can check it out for you.

I don't think its the iron in the water, as if this was the case, then my white towels would have gone red too. Its only my color towels that look bleached!!!
Still need some help and advice!!
