Does anyone have any advice on how to clean off greasy finger marks off melamine wardrobe doors. After using various detergents and white vinegar solution unsuccesfully it has now left the surface very patchy and streaky.

Try fairy powerspray, it doesn't just work on pans and pots. Or Orange Glo spray. You're saying the surface is patchy - if the detergents have either softened the melamine or even roughened the surface, there is not much you can do apart from getting a new set of doors.
