Hello, sorry to hear about your rat's heart attack. I thought i'd let you know how i got on with my daughters rats. I got her 2 males (they're soooo cute) & we use either the wood based cat litter or the recycled paper which i found to be equally as good. I have moved the cage outside & bought a tv cabinet with doors on so we can put the cage inside & lock them safely away at night & they're nice & warm. They have plenty of air holes! They get daily cuddles & my daughter is great with them. Do you know if they are allowed to eat marrow as can't find anything on the internet about it?

Thanks. Don't worry, they have plenty of warm bedding & a seperate 'house' in the cage where they can snuggle up & keep warm.

Archy and percy, thay are about the size of georges head at the moment George has made it clear that he is the boss but they are getting on well.
