This is an awful film, full of crappy stereotypes, it was obvious this was not directed by an Asian from the get go - it is full of all the things white people tell us Asians are about, no original voice there, no real interest in understanding people from the Asian community on their terms, pretty insulting actually. Why oh why does C4 keep financing such rubbish. Funny how the British film industry, which is located in the heart of one of the largest multicultural centres in the world has no authentic multicultural cinema, and when it tries to do something to remedy that it spouts out offensive bigotted content like this.
