I've only seen Spirited Away and Kiki's Delivery Service but I'm trying to get hold of more. Thanks for the list (is that all of them?). I've ordered Laputa and Nausicaä.

I've seen Porco Rosso, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, gosh almost all of them, and to pick a favourite is hard, the films are just..wow. All of them!

And Japanese with english subs is much better

How do they get big names to dub over these films?

I recently saw howls castle, it had christian Bale, Minnie Driver and Billy Crystal. Are these guys big fans?? Surely it couldnt be a big wage as thes movies would not make big money outside of Asia.

I voted spirited away but Princess Monoke is also very good, as is Howls castle

Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. It's just amazing.

Very hard, I love Nausicaa, Laputa, Princess Mononoke and The Castle of Cagliostro.

Princess Mononoke, i Just love lady Eboshi

"The Little Norse Prince", "The Castle of Cagliostro" and "The Last Unicorn" are all Ghibli-related films, if not technically Ghibli themselves (though neither was Nausicaä). And although they're probably the best, there's more to animation than Ghibli (such as Satoshi Kon and Michael Ocealot).

Absolutly love Grave of the Fireflies, very moving story which never fails to reduce me to tears. Think it's possibly my favourite.
