To be honest, you'd be better off tracking down the DVD, even when FilmFour were a subscription channel, they censored the version of 1900, and showed the English language dub (although admittedly, that did at least mean you got Sutherland, De Niro and Lancaster speaking in their own voices - still just doesn't seem right to me, though, doesn't match story!). The R1 DVD I have has a choice of which language to watch it with.
Curiously, the UK DVD appears to have disappeared as soon as it came out - in fact, did it ever eventually come out? The American one is still available, despite premature reports of its deletion.
