Are there any plans to show this movie on FilmFour at any time in the future..? It was recently screened at the Bradford International Film Festival back in April this year and is there any way you could find out whether the undiscovered jewel in Loach's body of work may be released as a DVD as well.
And for those that haven't seen it and are fans of 'Kes' well... let's just say you'll love it. Chris Menges photography is stunning and creates a similar atmospheare.
I think a restoration and tour of the arthouse cinemas would befit a British classic that has gone too long neglected. Can FilmFour help get this off the ground..?
