Thanks Channel 4 for a truly awe-inspiring film.
Hero was a work of art, the settings and character portrayals utterly magic.
I was transported through the lives of the co-conspiritors until only the ultimate assassin, "Kill from 10 paces" was left to face the king.
As a Westerner I don't pretend to understand all the nuances that this oriental masterpiece brought up and thankfully, did'nt need to.
My enjoyment was'nt spoiled by this loss, it will always remain to me that rarest of films, a classic !
