There was a time when we were told of coming films to which we could look forward. Since you went Freeview, there have only been a handful of previously unscreened films. Apart from Tony Takitani is there anything new??? And I don't mean Hollywood flicks previously shown on Sky.

Many thanks for your posts, and glad you enjoyed The Dreamers. We have a number of films coming up in the next few months on Film4 that may be of interest on this thread:
The German film, Antibodies, which is playing in Saturday Night Shocks on Saturday 3rd Feb at 11.15pm. Tell Them Who You Are - the documentary about cinematographer Haskell Wexler, made by his son. Whisky, the deadpan Uruguayan comedy, screening first on Film4 on Tuesday 13th Feb at 1.40 am.
We will also be showing the premiere of the terrific Kung Fu Hustle in the next few months, and finally bringing you the restored silent film, The Godless Girl. Also, look out for more details re screenings of the Andrzej Wajda trilogy, Ashes and Diamonds, Kanal and A Generation.
If you have any suggestions for films you have missed on the channel and want to see again, or for ones we haven't yet shown, do let us know.

It would be good to see Miami Blues again as I missed the first half. Great film, very funny - especially when Alec Baldwin's character got the tips of his fingers chopped off when he was robbing the porn broker store!

That is great - two films I would look forward to seeing.
However, Can you repeat them at an earlier time at some stage ?
Most of the films you show that I would be interested in watching are on very late, and I have to miss due to my hectic work schedule.

Do nine o'clock films always have to be shown at nine, and likewise the late films ?
thanks

Thanks for the info. There's been some great films on F4 recently. The Proposition tonight was very good.

It would be good to see some films that are so bad they are actually good - for example, Hercules In New York, Gigli, Battlefield Earth ect... Cool

I'd have to be drugged and tied down to even contemplate watching "Freddy Got Fingered" again. However I wish the powers that be at the Channel would be more forthcoming with news of premieres (and I mean real ones, not just stuff that has already been shown on Sky).
