The battle is over, and in a very short few hours the audience and judges were regaled with tales of "Vegetable instruments", "The science of bling", "Origin of the Pterosaurs" and "The Northern Lights" among other things.
Second place was awarded to myself and Dr Matt Wilkinson, but in the end the axe man cometh in the form of the genial Dr. Mark Lewney who stole the show with his electric performance of "Rock school science". All the best to Mark who will no doubt be shredding up and down your screens in the near future.
I'm pretty sure this thread was the reason this forum was setup. You may have to find a new forum for yourselves, as the next Famelab competition kicks off in November.
