All three of them fell for her the moment she arrived - and the rest of the plot unwinds around the tensions between their different seduction techniques. Mac plays hard to get, Guy's all smarmy and Martin is just generally clueless.

Quite why they all fell for her at once (or indeed at all, given the apparent superabundance of hospital totty tracked by Guy's spreadsheet) I'm not sure, but I guess the show had to have *some* sort of premise :-)

i wanna know how the mac n caroline relationship thing will go now....assuming that they're together.....

I must say, despite my overuse of the obbligatory teen-cliché exclamation marks, that I find him a bit weird looking. Not BAD weird, because I wouldn't ever kick him out of bed. (Ha!) What I mean is, (before I'm mauled) is that his intelligence, his voice and his wit make him more appealing than just looking at him would. Hmm. Maybe he's just an unconventional 'hunk'. I don't know...I tend to find 'Weird-looking-but-incredibly-intelligent-but-not-as
-far-as-Steven-Hawking' men attractive so maybe that's it.

Also, I'm a major Mac/Caroline shipper. Julian and Tamsin play the parts so well; their performances together are enthralling.

To be honest the best part of Green Wing for me was the romance. Kept me hooked.

Which also contributes to the reason why I love Green Wing so much - it's written in a female vision; so Romances happen, and bad things happen to male chauvanist gits.

Well, it's back! The crush is back! I think it was the lying there all pale and interesting - and not talking back. Or it could have been the wine. Viva la crush, anyhow. Most amusing.

My crush never went but it's really back with a vengeance.

Actually cried like Sue White when Mac couldn't remember what happened with Caroline.

Mine definitely went - not into his looks really (although the hair is gorgeous & his eyes are nice...). It's all about the character. And the voice.

Glad to know it isn't just me then! My crush seemed to have gone when I watched the first of the series 1 episodes again last week and then returned - full strength - once I'd watched the house party episode again!

I agree that the Caroline & Mac interaction is very well acted.

Did enjoy the Take That and the Sparks bits tonight - very funny!
