I love the show but somehow feel that a few things are missing ie nurse-doctor dialogue(there is no major nurse character even a sister/matron) and an adminwaller, and a few scatty patients thrown in for good measure.
Also lets start planning for S3 and give the writers some help with decent storylines

I think you've missed the point. Every other show has lots of doctor/nurse interaction and scatty patients. My guess is this is exactly what the Green Wing people were trying to avoid. Maybe you'd be better at thinking up storylines for a more predicatable show.

I haven't missed any point. I can see extra mileage in the main characters having rules to flout, Guy trying to pull patients after he's exhausted the nursing stock. Also nurses can be really dirty and would add something. I'm not talking about changing anything but it must give the writers a little more scope to work with background characters like the office girls.I guess a predicatable is where they carry out vasectomies

So you dont think after series 10 you'll get bored with the same characters rattling out the same gags such has happened in other comedies?

wot i mean is such as little britain 3 had the same gags and most of the same characters and it was crap compared to the first 2 series. and that doesnt mean i'm a lb fan just par exampla.
new characters can occasionally add an extra dimension to the character ie guys replacement anaesogeyser gives him another person to insult in a different way
