Not sure when it is due out but I have just had an e-mail from Patrick Schulenberg asking for me to do a bit of a commentary about the Convention......so we are are on it for sure!!

yeah after seeing those videos of spoon of destiny and guyball, i was so jealous lol
great news if you feature on it, just going to annoy me if there will be a full boxset, as i recently bought the series 1 and 2 and special seperately! of course, i will buy a full set too

How lucky are you! An interview with the delightful Mr Schulenberg! Just think back to this time last year ... how insane would you have thought us if we'd surmised this kind of thing was ever on the cards?!

Nothing so grand ... but still pretty awesome! Check out the British Sitcom Guide GW page; the con has its own link with photos and a (rather splendidly written!) account of the event. Hehe!

Talespinner if you had told me last May that not only we would have a FAB day,but also play Guyball with SM, meet writers, editor, Rob Harley, that it would be filmed for inculsion in the Boxset DVD and BE INTERVIEWED MYSELF FOR IT............I would have gone and got you a straight jacket!! To say nothing of raising £5,000 for GOSH

search green wing conventioin on the 'tube and i think theres 1 or 2 videos on there of it, i saw a bit of guyball, and spoon of destiny i think... and some lucky lucky person playing the Mang lol!

The videos on U tube were taken by conventioneers. Partrick Schulemberg and Finn Hopson (who both worked on Green Wing ) were there filming the events as well, and it's this footage that will be on the box set DVD

was certainly a shock to find it, utube really is a great source for green wing, with over a thouasand videos... i wondered what on earth it was actually, but from there found the the convention site and the forum, apparantly its an official site, is it?

and the series 2 scripts are due in may - perhaps a signing event WILL be done after all, with the complete set and the scripts completing the whole green wing collection really

As far as i'm aware it's the offical site for the convention, not for Green wing itself.
Charmless man I hope you are right about the signing. It would be nice, but with all the talent now doing such different things it may be very hard to organise

yeah i can imagine.. it just feels liek i need a big send off for something which has, really bene a big part of my life for so long [sad as that may seem, though probably not around these parts!], sorta closure i guess... i think they owe it to us after the ending of the special lol!
