i was reading the observer woman monthly today and for anyone who hasnt seen it its got a wee bit bout green wing. on the back page it talks bout our unlikely celebrity crushes and says "At the beginning of the last series of channel 4's green wing, we fancied Dr Mac ( the gingered-haired one), and by the end of it, we fancied Dr Guy Secretan ( the mean, curly-haired one) as well". i think its good that green wing are mentioned but to simply refer to jrt as "the ginger-haired one" does not do him justice!
plus the obsever said that next week is a special ethical issue which makes me think that it mite be the one with jrt and his motorbike. not sure what the articles completely about, but it would make sense cos it would seem related to this. i buy it anyway but for ppl who want to buy it especially, you mite want to look out next week.

Aawwwww. I got all excited then. But that would be cool, a regular article about Green Wing (not grammar).
And you're right about Mac being reffered to as "the ginger one", it's bl**dy outragous! Bl**dy outrageous, it is! Yeah, that's what it is, bl**dy outrageous!
Ooooh, it sounds highly likely that JRT's article about swapping his Ducati for a environmentally friendly trike will be in next weeks issue. Thanks for the heads up!
There are several Guardian and Observer journalists who have outed themselves as Green Wing lovers: Kathryn Flett, Lucy Mangan, Sam Wollaston, Polly Vernon and Emily Bell.
Some may have crushes as well. I know of one who does...
It might just be the heat, but that sounds terribly rude, cello.
I've never seen this Russell Brand character. Must investigate. It's about time I had another celebrity crush. Frankly Theodor Adorno isn't doing it for me.
How lovely, the Observer Magazine's fashion girls also had Stephen Mangan noted as someone they 'heart'. Green Wing really does seem to be popular amongst the good people of the Guardian and Observer. They obviously have excellent taste.

iv just been lookin at the website, and it shows julian at the awards. im a vegetarian and have always been quite ethically minded but at times likes this i always wish iv done more, ie set up some kind of ethical group so i cud go to the awards and see julian. hope that doesnt sound too selfish!

chatterbox was sayin in the julian-love thread that the awards are on the community channel at 8 tomorrow nite, which we all so have to watch in case we catch a glimpse of him presenting an award. honestly if you were to come on here at 8 tomorrow i bet that the forum will be dead cos we'll all be watchin it!
