Hey guys, hope you're all ok and full of choccies from christmas. I haven't been on properly in a which just to pop my head in on a few topics. Hope everyone is as excited about the spesh as i am. I was round my fellas the other day and he was not amused when i squealed everytime sue white appeared on the advert on telly!!!

I suggested to another longstanding and inspirational GWOB (Jemma1) that we set up a random thread to talk about random things and she did… only her pedant alarm was on meltdown and it became the ‘randem’ thread, hence the name…

And this, my friends, is the origin of the HolsBols inspired randem thread! How interesting I hear you cry...

Without sounding pretentious, it has been the most successful thread EVER to grace the pages of this 'ere forum...

ive just realised that on the Mrk 2 thread the mods deleted 2 pages of stuff to only leave 120. there was 122! why they do that for?

Ah yes, the cutting of the ribbon and the randem party…And what a randem party it was! Schizo and MG mud-wrestling, Jemma getting drunk on cyber Shiraz, Shrug playing naked twister…

Misty watercoloured memories...

And many a laugh we’ve shared since that day…It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions. I shall be in floods of tears at 11.50 this evening regardless of the ending.

You hate REM?? I'm not a fan but I do love the song 'Electrolite'.

They did give us 'Everybody Hurst' mind, the most overplayed and downright depressing song ever written so for that I cannot forgive them

Ok, hate may be a bit strong but only a bit. There are many songs of theirs I can't stand but the one I really never forgave them for was shining happy bl**dy people!
