After the 'drink my pee, pull like me' bit Mac throws a peanut in the air to catch in his mouth. If you watch carefully he misses and gets himself in the eye and ends up with a surprised expression.

I liked the way statham runs away from the silver blimp and the red RC car. Is actions are brilliant!

when alan confiscated the ball/putty thing off boyce. very skillful the way he caught it in his pocket!

Alan's entire demeanour during the recepticle-testicle scene.
And I love the way Caroline says "doctor Statham" after the phone call when he pretends to be having sex with her!

and the way that alan always slaps Boyce!

i like the way that Mac bangs his head on the vending machine after Holly offers to put her finger up his an*s

I loved the bit in ep 7 s2 where Sue comes up through the table.

1) I love the way she says 'Dr Macartneneneenayyysysysysysssss'
2) I loved when Caroline said 'mine'?

oh oh oh and in the deleted scene where Guy says to Emilililily that Mac testicles look like a penny farthing. Im laughing as i type.

i love it in s1 ep1 when mac and caroline first meet and he's in a hurry. when sue introduces her he doesn't just glance at her and look away as if she were just any other person, his eyes kind of linger on her. then he's rushing again and throwing scrubs at her so you're not quite sure if it happened or not or if it meant anything or if he was just trying to work out what size scrubs to throw at her.

and then of course there's thta look at the party. that moment when it finally dawns on you and you gasp and you think "awww, he fancies her!" one of the best subtleties ever caught on camera i think.

when sue white calls mac into her office to say they've lost some of his details, and asks him for his phone number, he starts off then a subtle worried look comes across his face when he realises what he's doing, and decides to say he's between networks. Sue white looks so annoyed.

i liked it in ep 8 of 2nd series where joanna is pushing alan on that troley, wen there their dressed like hitler, and wen they see the police alan shouts run n starts running but hes still on the trolley n his legs are running in mid air! ha its hillarious

Watching series 1 again, I think the first moment you can spot Mac seeing Caro's potential is when she is talking about not sending kids away to school - lovely subtle look crosses his face. This is why I love Green Wing - so much subtlety contained in so much mayhem

I adore the bit in series 2 when Guy's teaching the kids how to play Guyball. That is classic!
And I am a Mac fan, but I adore the deleted scenes on disc 3 of series 1 with Guy in them because he is absolutely one of the funniest! also, Statham is really really funny as well. They are both briliantly funny. I laugh at almost evrything they do.
But strangely, the crew doesn't get much mention. The writers are the ones who create the basic plotlines, the directors make it all come together, the editors make it all come together in the right order, and the music! I tell you, whoever wrote and constructed this music was little short of genius. It is gorgeous! especially the "falling-in-love" music, which played during CaroMac's and CaroGuy's first kiss. And a lot of other times. Also the music when (I can't remember which episode) Mac is teaching Caro how to drive a remote control car, and then they look up at each other, and you just hear that excellent music coming in...Is it just me? (Oh, and well done to the two people who've managed to read this far, I tend to go on a bit...)

when sue tells mac she will kill doctoral mancou! more macs reaction - ''sorry, your not ACTUALLY going to kill him are you?''

I love the way the actors can make one word have so much meaning - it happens a couple of time, where they say the same word several times, and the meaning changes each time...

this is very hard to explain...

for example: in S2 E2(?) when Mac tells Caroline that Guy admitted to joking about them being married.

Mac: Guy said there was a bit of a misunderstandin earlier.
Caro: Did he? (off-hand)
Mac: He said there was never anything going on between you two.
Caro: Did he? (hopeful)
Mac: He said he'd never be seen dead with anyone like you.
Caro: Did he? (gonna kill Guy!)

Another one when Mac tells Guy about Martin being dressed as a priest - 'excuse me'(what did you say?)... 'excuse me'(don't understand)... 'excuse me' (yeah, I'm gonna go now...!)

Sorry for putting everyone to sleep with that (well it is late!), I just think they're great, and never pointed out (probably as they really don't work in writing - as I've just proved!)

Little touch from the Special that I particularly loved, was the way Joanna and Alan barely moved when the van went up, then just turned slowly and looked at it.

And I finally got the ep on DVD so watched the interviews; it was great to hear Pippa explaining how hard that was to do!

I love the way that Martin says "He thinks I'm talking about girls. I'm talking about the film" when he is discussing twins with Guy and Boycie. Karl can just take a line that wouldn't be funny but just make it hilarious!

Deffo the look Mac gives at the party when Guy goes after Caroline, I didn't notice first time round but its so intense.
I also like when Mac tells Caroline that its alright that she kissed everyone when she was drunk and he pull s the curtain across and she kisses it where his face had been. Its so sweet.

I love the look on carolines face just before mac and guy play spoon of destiny when the loser gets a date with her. It's heart-breaking esp. as she misses the bit when mac would like a date with her.

Also when Mac goes to the fridge and overhears that Holly is pregnant and then the look on his face when Guy is saying what a great bloke her new man is.

Although I do love the chat on the non gw threads it is great that people are bringing back topics like this
