does anyone reckon he doesn't get as much screentime? Plus his sketches aren't him at his stupid best, he seemsto be a bit more.. b*stardish!! Any thoughts?

i think you are right, i don't like martin's character in s2 nearly as much as i did in s1. the thing with karen shows he can be quite cruel, like when he dumps her and then sees her with someone in the bar and says "i didn't think anyone else would be interested". also i don't think the writers put enough thought/screen time into martins proposal - it seems more like the sort of flashy gimick that guy would come up with. and also why does karen help martin to propose to caroline? makes no sense....!

Marin was sadly underused in series2. His biggest scene was the pimp one which wasn't particularly funny.
I missed the 3 musketeers scenes (Guy, Mac, Martin) of which there were very few.
That said the one with Guy and the coke was great!

i think his proposal was top! n i wondered why karen helped but they did get payed so mayb she wanted the money ?

perhaps karen knew caro would refuse him and wanted to get her own back.

I liked it when he was looking for his real dad, whose name was Tw*t, LOL, and they bumped into each other in the hosp but never knew that they were father and son. Maybe that could be in the new series if there is one...

ah but there are so many great things on green wing that it is diffcult to know whicht hings one should devote more time to... the series just wasn't long enough...
