well being v sad, part from the fact the xray is bein looked at the wrong way round, (unless he is particually looking for a pneumothorax.)
He is looking at a chest x-ray and the post coma scans are head CT's. That scene would have been from season 1 as he is leaving for sheffield i think..
The guy caro singing in the car is the clip they showed of TG at the BFI, you can see here trying so hard not 2 corpse.
