Firstly, do you mean clothes? Secondly, sadly, that's not the outfit that Mac is wearing when he kisses Caroline in the auditorium. We also see that particular outfit that she has in her bed earlier in the second series. It's more likely that she has stolen it when he is dressed in his theatre greens.
My friend and i think that there is no way that any one of the mac/caro, guy/caro have slept together. Plus Caro has said to guy i'm still not sleeping with you.
