I think you're just supposed to expect the unexpected when you venture into Sue's den...I'm not sure they always warn the cast either..

NO she is off er head and thats whats so great about her she can pull off anything

There was a vaguely plausable reason for the camel being there - I think it first appeared early on with a small child riding it and then we saw Sue on it towards the end of the run.
I think she had ordered it for the childrens ward instead of a stuffed one???

The 'bring an animal to work' day was cancelled but Sue didn't know in time. Is all I remember.

They were going to bring animals in for the patients to stroke, as therapy. Sue didn't know it had been cancelled, and had therefore arranged for a camel to be there.

I love Sue White so much. The 'long arms' scene had me laughing so hard it hurt! She is pretty much the biggest 'random' character - the rest are reactionary.
