Was out on Friday night and only caught up with my Green Wing fix yesterday. Went into the episode in a happy place having had the joy of the "I love you too" from last week....all tripping along nicely until HOLLY. Why oh why oh why? I had to drink an entire bottle of wine to get the nasty taste out of my mouth and now I have to wait till Friday....I'll be a wino by the time I get to it. Can anyone explain what evil force is at work that has let this happen?!

It is just amazing to see, how on earth the Green Wing starts to rule my life. How much I think about it daily - how I long to Friday (OK OK, always longed to Friday - still a little more now ) How I try to get my 2 boys aged 2 and 3 to act wired, just so I can act like Green Wing with them... And YES - I used to like the Holy actress in Smack the Pony - boy do I hate her now...

I think we should give credit to the writers, we all hate holly sooo much, surely this is partly down to the writers, they must have wanted us to feel this way about her, it is such a good script that it can evoke these emotions (sorry turned a bit poetic there)
Thats what makes Greenwing sooo good, and the believeability of these actors that we get so angry at them even though we know they are actors and fictitous characters

Hi I'm new here but wanted to join just to vent my spleen about Holly!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who got wound up about this. My husband thinks I'm a loony, when she appeared and put her hands on Mac's eyes I threw a cushion of the sofa and went "aarrghhh".

Glad to know I'm not the only one who has these feelings - was starting to worry that actually I was quite sad! As if all this evil Holly-ness is not bad enough, I then read on the forum that there is not going to be a third series. OH MY GOD - its going to be 2 bottles tonight at least! I know that the episodes have already been filmed and that I have no influence, but perhaps if I shout at the screen and the evil one for long enough she'll go back to where she belongs. I NEED a happy ending!!!!!
I'm gonna be contraversial & say it serves Caroline right for pussy-footing around with Mac for so long after he'd come out of his coma! If she'd jumped straight back in there then Holly wouldn't have a look in!
I'd be careful round these parts sayin' things like that Jim G, There are some Holly haters around here just a'spoilin for a fight- you might end up with your head smooshed in a bowl of cornflakes!!

I was listening to the 'Go' soundtrack the other night and when 'A Song For Holly' came on I literally growled at my cd player and couldn't reach for the skip button fast enough.
