which green wing character do you hate most? it can be a major or minor character.... i would have to say Holly or emmy. This is because i am a major caromac fan and both these idiots got in the way of their relationship. Sad but very true.....my friends call it obsession

Ooh no, I don't agree there - even if people did hate Mac and Guy, there are many many other reasons for watching Green Wing; Sue, Statham, Boyce and Harriet to name just four!
I think the point here is that you need to hate someone in any programme/film/book/whatever, otherwise there's no conflict. With Guy, in series one particularly, you're supposed to hate him.

I also think this is a sort of non-absolute scale, given that it's your "most hated" - doesn't mean you actually hate anyone, but more that: on the scale of absolute love downwards, who'd be at the bottom?

yeah i think thats what was mean, as in least-liked character. To be honest at some points i did hate Mac, he can be an utter tw*t. The same goes for Guy

I can't believe i'm about to say this but yes there were sometimes when Mac was a complete idiot then again I suppose we couldn't have him too perfect it would be unfair to all mere mortal men
