I am having trouble finding much GW fanfic, art and music videos on the web. I thought if anyone had any good recommendations they could post a link to them here.

Well I don't know if they're good or not but my two GW fanfics can be found of fanfiction dot net if you search for Green Wing as can quite a few really good fics that I've read.

There are two REALLY good ones on there; both Caromac, I hasten to add.

Yeah, the Carmac fics on there are really good and I sometimed go back and read them over and over because yes, I am that sad! (not including mine in there though obviousl, I'd get embarrassed reading my own stuff)

I saw a set of 4 GW coasters on ebay. just type green wing and search all catagories. Hope this helps!

I can't find them on eBay - was intrigued to see what pics they had.

They were on there the other day... maybe someone bought them.
there were 4 one with guy and the kitten and one where sue is dressed up as some meat or something and there were others but i cant remember what they looked like.

I want to learn how to make music vids! Im sure my sis can show me just wondering how i can get the clips off the dvd to my computer.

I've just been trying to work that out too Macslover. Didn't manage it though so if anyone can help with how to get clips from dvd that would be cool.
Oh, and thanks for the suggestions everyone. I read some fanfic this morning and am now off to search ebay.

I just thought I'd bring up a deglected thread to say just how impressed I am with all the fan vids and fiction I have seen.
There are some very clever people out there eg pingu, squirrel etc
The live journal and fan forum sites are choc full of gw goodness and its a great way of keeping the spirit of green wing alive

I agree. The fanvids on yoootoooob are great. I keep threatening to make one but i wouldn't know where to start! haha

Do you have to have the episodes on a tv-recorded disc to be able to rip clips?

I think it's ok to say that there;'s quite a large, healthy GW online-community! I mean a lots of the convention people were frineds from forums etc, and i've seen lots of instances where forum-members have met-up for signings etc etc. We always say we'll go with a badge or something to define we're from this forum at siignings- it's a great idea. Makes us feel like a proper family etc.

Which is why we should NEVER be closed down.
