I dont know! But Caroline sees Mac riding off in dark before she 'wakes up' and it is also the final scene of the episode , people have been saying Caroline may have been dreaming for all of episode 8 and it adds a little fuel to the fire

No can't see it in the episode intro but remembering that film runs at 24 frames a second and a screen cap only captures one frame, it is possible that it is in there. Ooohh, a Green Wing mystery. (although I still suspect it is probably just a mistake)

Dear Jemma, I don't care if you are wrong, it is the best idea that I have heard since the great disaster of 19th May! Let's face it, how likely is 3 marriage proposals in one day? It could be Caro dreaming about how destiny is "agin" them and imagining the worst happening.
