Question:
ok so there are loads of theories about whats going to happen in the christmas special and i know its starting to get a bit tedious and annoying, but i thought i'd see what everyone thinks is going to happen if they're honest with themselves...and if they think the endings going to ruin their christmas. By the way i'm new i've finally become a member wooop so errrm hi lol

Choices:
mac is still in a coma (disappointing)
caromac!!!!!!
caroline becomes Dr Secretan
guy calls off the wedding because either he finds out macs dieing and can't hurt him by marrying caroline or because he realises caroline loves mac
mac tells caroline how he really feels and tells caroline theres no way she can marry guy because he loves her more and they ride off together, white coats billowing in the wind....

 

give me your thoughts too... i think guys going to call it off with him being such a sweetie this series...

and even though it might not be mac who dies i still think they were his results. he seemed too shook up for them to be anyone elses

I think if Guy were to call it off it would be less to do with him being a sweetie (although I think he has shown much more genuine emotion in this series) and more that he realises that Caro will never love him in the same way that she loves Mac and can't stand to be second best in her heart the way he is with everything else to Mac. (I'm not saying that I think Guy is inferior but whenever Mac challenges Guy it always seems to be Mac that comes out of it the best.) Wow, I think about this stuff way too much!

I voted CaroMac! As long as there's a CaroMac ending then i'd be happy.

Christmas could never be ruined... All that booze and chocolate; and it will be nice to have a legitimate reason for celebratory drinks (well laying aside all the usual reasons for being drunk at Christmas) - i.e. Mac and Caro, Guy and Sue - yay!

oh bum...i voted for caromac, which is fine, but i meant to vote for the last one (billowing white coats etc) except i got confused and thought it said there's no way she can marry MAC and that it was guy and caro riding off together....oh well! caromac anyway is good!!!

my perfect ending would be
guy and caroline getting married and when the vicor get to does anyone have any reason why these to sould not get married. guy and caroline both put there hands up. then you got to mac rusing to the church to stop the wedding as he has found out the result were mixed up. when he get to the church it is empty. then he finds out the been cancelled and then he has to find caroline to tell her he loves her.

i like that idea a lot its kinda what i thought but in more (and better) detail. i love guy but she just has to be with mac!!

I have raised this before, but my idea is a 'Big Love' version of Green Wing, but with Caro the polygamist, married to Martin, Guy and Mac and keeping them in a street of houses! Hurrah happy endings all round

If Guy and Caroline even get are far as the church I doubt she will be able to pronounce his name! I know I cant do it! Now that would be funny

i went for the billowing white coats. i don't think that guy would willingly give caro up- he's too selfish and he told sue that he wants to keep her instead of letting her go.

on an alternate note, what about if sue turned out to be another of joanna's children!!
