I would very much doubt it is a brain aneurysm, as they are a surgical emergency and would be rushed to theatre to try fix it.

in the dvd extra's guy thins he's found a cure but mac says its spelt ae, not ea so it must be ae together in the illness. and it must be quite a long word! any doctors here?

Well, its obviously something that has no signs. Isnt obvious. Just because he had a head injury doesnt mean its brain related. It could be a weak heart, or dare I say hepatitis? Dont know much about disease and illness. He didnt look ill and if it was something like a brain tumour he'd have signs i.e poor vision etc.

isnt it leukaemia? ok maybe i really, really cant spell that word but no one has said it and

- people often misspell it and have to WRITE IT DOWN
- it has an A followed by an E (i have a feeling mac meant this rather than there was only one a and one e - people say 'its got an a and an e' when theyre trying to spell it)
- it doesnt have any signs at first.

um thats it. i have no idea if it kills really quickly or anything, but it seems a possibility. mebbe.

that can be cured. its incurable. mac said it was curtains for whoever had that disease then realised it was him.

I'm currently on BBC's health site cos they have conditions.

well BBC didnt help at all. But there is a lot of intresting illnesses to read about. You find one it could be but when you read on it says things that discount it.

i think it's gonna be something with "haem" in it. i posted some "haemy" tumours on another thread.
i could ask my lecturers, but i'm a bit worried they might think i watch waaaaaaaaay too much tv....cus frankly i do!

maybe, just maybe, (even though I am still looking for answers) its best not to know. If we knew then we'd have to deal with it.

The only thing at this precise interlude of time is paediatrics, that is often spelt ea by mistake. But thats not exactly an illness is it, other than Angela worked there.
