i dont really get why caroline made up the thing about actually being baroline, and caroline being her identical twin sister at the start of s2e03... did she do it to be funny or to avoid an awkward moment or what? seems a weird thing to do considering she is tryin to get mac to remember they had kissed!
any thoughts?

I think Caroline was just trying to work on her unpredictable side, mac definately wasn't predicting that... (was this before or after mac said he wanted an unpredictable yet compassionate slightly masculine kinks fan with eyes?) Angela calls it trying to get attention.. meanie.
Caroline does have a sister, mI think she was embarassed he'd forgotten about them getting together and was trying not to let that show by saying he'd kissed her twin.
Mac: Are you lost or mis-placed? Caroline: Too early to tell. I think I'm probably just mis-placed. Mac: I wanted you to know if I was to mislay anything that was extremely important to me then I would probably rush down to the lost property office as soon as possible. Caroline: Even if it was shut? Mac: Even if it was shut. Even if it was in the middle of the b****y night - I'd go down there and bang on the doors.
I always thought it was because the last time she saw him, he called her a google-eyed neanderthal. Maybe she was still sore about that and that was her way of getting him back for it.
I think she was just fooling around, and also trying to get Mac to remember what they used to be like together- i saw in series one that they did v similar things involving remotre control cars and Mac's name
Yeah i always took it as being her way of being cold to him after hearing him insult her to Guy, can't blame her, i probably would've done the same thing to be honest!

i just thought that see was doing somw childish flirting...her playing a game and then leaving him hanging...everyone does it! silly converations tht are flirty got to love 'em!
*What can I tell you? A few ground rules. No bombing, no running, no petting, no diving and no inflatables. In fact, probably best to leave all swimming related activities until later, this is after all an operating theatre*
