Afterall, she loves him that much she dyes her kid's hair just so she could get close to him. She's obsessive like Sue White but she makes Sue look sane. Why did Holly & Mac split up?

I always thought they split up because she aborted his baby - that's the impression that's always been given. Her excuse was that she wanted a career but as we now know, it probably had more to do with the fact that it wasn't his baby... The b*tch! Maybe she was holding out for him asking to marry her and because Mac's a useless (but totally gorgeous and endearing)male and never asked her she thought he didn't care and jumped into bed with someone else (Guy?) in a moment of weakness...

yeah that makes a lot of sense. which is maybe why mac was so gutted in seires 1 because he wanted to marry her but hadnt quite summed up the courage yet. maybe that was why he was so uptight with asking caroline to marry him

how do we know that Mackenzie is her biological child? he could of been adopted or snatched...
She could of even borrowed him off a friend 'coz he aint got much to say for himself has he? he always looked confused.
How long have Holly & Mac been apart for? we know they were together 6 years but the kid looks about 4-6 yrs old. If the child was possibly Guy's, wouldn't he think about it and freak out? However, why abort Mac's baby and keep possibly Guy's baby. What is she out to achieve?

Ok, this is my basic train of thought...

Holli faked a pregnancy when she and Mac were together...to test the waters, see how he thought

He wanted to start a family

She wanted to test how much she meant to him, and decided to do this by seeing whether he would stay with her if he thought she aborted the child.

He couldn't stay with her after he thought she had an abortion.

THERE WAS NEVER ANY BABY

After they had split, she had a thing with Guy...the three knew each other back then but perhaps Guy and Mac weren't quite as close as they are now...

Skip to now...Mac/Caroline/Guy...

Holli has since had Guy's baby...he's 3ish

She thinks..."ooh...Mac wanted a family. I have a baby. Maybe I can win him back"

She finds where Mac works and gets transferred there from wherever she went after she and Mac split

She dies the kid's hair to be strawberry blonde.

Apparantly Mac and Holly split up over 4 years ago, well thats what she say's to Sue after she is given her photo pass.

Maybe I've been watching too much Jeremy Kyle or Trisha in the mornings but I think Holly never had the abortion. I think she lied to Mac because she didnt know who the father of her baby was and she never wanted a baby in the first place. As she says, a child was a spanner in the works. I dont think she could go through with an abortion so she lied, broke up with Mac then had her baby. Things maybe didnt work out where ever she went so she plotted to win Mac back. Cow. She goes to Angela's funeral, and just by looking at mimimac its obvious its really miniguy.

Also, there wouldnt be much tension left between Guy and Holly because he doesnt suspect that he fathered a child to her, it was just a one night stand and think how he was in series 1, he didnt care who he slept with, I mean he even slept with his mum.

How funny though if Guy learnt the truth. His reaction would be quite something I'm sure! He could down a load of whisky, steal another motoring vehicle and end up on the cliff again!

I think he'll just be overwhelmed by the fact he's a dad. He wont lose it. He'll use it to his advantage like he tried to do in series 1 (he carried that kid under his arm in Sue Whites).

I think that he'd be a good dad but as a role model he'd be terrible, and as Guy and Holly playing the role of parents where does that leave Caroline and Mac?

Oh the drama of it all. Once dreamt Mac saved Carolines life. The thought of losing her made him realise what he had to do. He told her he loved her and that he couldnt live without her and he knows how she was always there for him through out him coma and he will always be there for her. All loveydovey.

I hope that if they do get together, he looks her straight in the eyes and tells her how it is. Then I'll reach for the kleanex and dry my eyes.
