I was trundling to the hairdressers this morning having started to listen to the Trumpet Major last night - and was ruminating over his delectable qualities....

Anyway, as I sat in the hairdressers chair still daydreaming, they gave me a copy of Eve to read whilst I was waiting!! Fast forward to p106. I had already bought the magazine a few weeks ago - but it seemed like an omen. Put a smile on my face that's for sure!!

That sactually quite a new magazine for a hairdressers to have, mine still has magazines from 2002 but thats quite lucky i wish my hairdressers had the eve JRT mag because i didn't manage to get it all of the newsagents in town had sold out

They always have new mags - surprising really as it's not some uber-cool, trendy place (the local population here are like the residents out of the Cocoon movie...).

It was just nice though - bit of a guilty secret, like eating a bar of chocolate on your own - because when you eat it on your own the calories don't count do they!

Wish I could spend all day watching JRT - I'm really in the mood for a Heat of the Sun/Keen Eddie marathon. Roll on Friday...I've booked the day off!!!!!!

I haven't got another day off for ages its rubbish that means no major JRT watchage for a while uni and work are so annoying they take up all my time i miss the fraise blonde one

promised my nephew his aunt would have a big new shinney star at his birthday party and where better to come than to worship JRT and he's just appeared in Heat of the sun as I do this. wonder if any of my nephews have single dad's that look like JRT

Yep, I'd happily be up for helping out on the organisation thing. I'll probably buy two tickets but will only need one - so if there's anybody else on their own going then I'll have one for sale. Just so I don't have to sit on my tod.
